While you're enjoying the fresh air and stunning views at our beautiful 180-acre cooperative space, there will be plenty of food and drink options along with plenty of family-friendly activities planned. You won’t want to miss out on the Big Prize Raffle! Support local at the artisan market, where we'll have a variety of creators selling everything from homemade textiles to original artwork. And be sure to stick around for the live music performances featuring talented local musicians.

Funds raised on festival day will go directly towards Mission Farm’s initiatives to further serve our local community - This includes the outdoor amphitheater where we host many low-cost public events, and the cooperative commercial kitchen that serves as a resource for new food businesses as well as food charity.

An initiative of the Episcopal Church, our vision for this land is to create a public space for spiritual and community connection while we serve as stewards of the land and work to support our local community through growing and sharing food.

As a sponsor for the Meadows & Mountains Festival, you will have the opportunity to promote your business and be recognized as a community partner. We have four different sponsorship options to choose from, each with its own unique benefits. As a sponsor at any level, you will receive acknowledgement in our press releases and social media promotions for the festival.

Here are the sponsorship levels and benefits:

  • FRIEND OF THE FARM Sponsor | $100-$499

    • Acknowledgement on the Mission Farm website, social media and in our newsletter, as well as press releases.

    • Your business/organization mentioned during the thank you speech at the end of the festival day.

  • ENTERTAINMENT Sponsor | $500-$999

    If you prefer to sponsor our local musicians and entertainment for the festival day.

    • Acknowledgment on Mission Farm website, social media and in our newsletter as the specific sponsor for the day’s entertainment.

    • Your business/organization’s Name/Logo on the Meadows & Mountains Festival Banner and promotional materials.

    • Your business/organization name mentioned before and after sponsored performances.

  • FESTIVAL Sponsor | $1000+

    • Acknowledgement on the Mission Farm website, social media and our newsletter as a Major Sponsor.

    • Acknowledgment multiple times throughout the festival day as a Major Sponsor.

    • Your business/organization Name/Logo most prominently on the Festival Banner and promotional materials as a Major Sponsor.

  • RAFFLE Sponsor

    If you prefer to make a prize donation to our festival raffle.

    • Acknowledgement on the Mission Farm website, social media and in our newsletter.

    If your prize donation’s value matches or exceeds the dollar amount of one of the Sponsor levels above, you will receive those Sponsor benefits as well.

Artisan Vendor Information

We are excited to invite local artisans and small businesses to vend with as at our 2nd annual Meadows & Mountains Festival on August 25th, 2024, at Mission Farm in Killington, VT.

This fundraising festival is a celebration of local artists, musicians, and businesses. Last year, we had over 250 guests in attendance and we anticipate that this year will be even bigger and better!

As an artisan vendor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative talents to the festival attendees and connect with potential customers. You will also be able to network with other artisans and business owners in the area. The fee for vendor participation is $35 for a 10’x10’ space.
